I've read about it on other forums. Seems to get gradually worse. Dual mass flywheels are the culprit. Not fit for purpose

My Capatur has develop a judder. I only noticed this a few months ago. I am still trying to get a problem that I've had with my car since I purchased it in April 2016

Think he meant "vet the clutch" , check/investigate, before further intrusive work on gearbox ???

Perhaps it is lost in translation and he means "bleed the clutch?" But that wouldn't fix a dual mass flywheel

Hello any insterested - maybe a little hope :-)
I've been having the same problems with the clutch, as everyone here. I have a manual diesel Captur from May 2014. I had my clutch replaced under the warranty in start 2016, approx. after 38.000 km. It worked fine for me for around another 25.000 km, when the problem started again. It got worse over the past months, so I went to my Renault dealer with the problem. I got my car back yesterday with problems fixed. The mechanic in charge told me, he wanted to vent the clutch before doing anything more drastic. So far - after driving for 2 days - the problems with clutch judder seems solved. In DK warranty for repairs is also 2 years, but not sure if this applies for UK or all EU. I will post if anything changes. Hope this will help you.
