does the air con only operate when the" auto "mode is selected. So when the auto isnt on, the air con feature light should be illuminated, ? is this right? malcaptur 90tce media nav.

No the aircon works UNLESS the light is on - it's a cancelling light! Auto just keeps the temperature as you've set it!Edited by: Tyrfelin
