Hello all, again!

Since I have neverdroved a car with automatic lights and I'm too lazy to do a google search on this matter
, can someone please quick answer some questions about it?
OK, I understand that if the ambient light falls under a certain level, the lights turn on and the LED turn off. I also understand that in case of fog, you'll have to turn the lights on manually.
Now, the question: on the road (any road) when nothing comes from ahead, the system turns the main beam onautomatically? And, if at some point, a car comes towards you the systemswitches back to dip lights?
Thanks!

Geodor The lights won't dip automatically this has to be done by the driver as I have had many a car flash me when I forget to dip.

You have to buy a Mercedes if you want automatic dipping of lights..!! <img src="http://www.capturownersclub.co.uk/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" align="middle" />
...also on Audi. Having had it on a Merc I was test driving a few years back I can say it is a superb system. Middle of winter, just left the car on high beam the whole time and the system did the rest for me. Never once got flashed by a car coming from the opposite direction.

Amazing how the technology moves and how different manufacturers move with the times. Having keyless entry on our Dynamique MediaNav is remarkable. My main car, only a year old and £25K new, doesn't even have that.

That's 'cause they couldn't find their flashers stalk because of the bright lights.
