Noticed that some have had emails telling you when your car will be on a ship, what is the delay between factory exit and the car getting a ship? I have a factory exit date of the 7th October, just wondered when its likely to get a ship bound for blighty?

How long to build a cat also? Just wondered when it would start to be built?

It seems to be about 2-3 weeks between factory exit and available for collection at the dealer here I. The UK.

Mine has a factory exit date of 24th Sept. And a collection date around 15th Oct.

Ordered ours and the dealership found one at the docks that matched our order but have 7-10 working days to wait for space on a transporter. Then a day or two for PDi so nearly 3 weeks even though it's in the Country.

Just to add closure to my posting.
I collected my Captur on the morning of 18th October.

I am well pleased with the car I collected. Exactly to my spec, no question.

crossbows right. my build date was the 2nd and the car arrived on the 18 so i would look at 2-3 weeks after the build date as the expected time to pick up
