Hello
As there are always current surges the fuses blow very easily if they are working near the current break value, normally the fuses are near in double of the current needs of the equipements they protect.
You have to know how much current is spend with the 3 in 1 adapter when you have it fully working.
As already Jesper H suggest you, if the 3 in 1 burn the fuse even with nothing connected you have a malfunction in the 3 in 1, usually a shot circuit, quite commom in poor quality equipments (normally cheap chinese).
If the fuse is burned with a certain amount of equipments connected to the 3 in 1? You must know how much current is needed to make those equipments work; i advise you to put one fuse in the proper place to the lighter fuse minimum 5 A above the need.
Without measuring, if you do not want to have that kind of work, try to put a 15A fuse instead of a 10A and see if it works without problem, if even so it burns work in a 5A steps until you find a value that works.
I'm going to give an advice, if in order to your 3 in 1 plug is needed 20A, i advice you not to use your 3 in 1 plug to that amount or current because of the electric wires, theoretically the eletric wires are sized to a certain amount fo current, and surpass the double of the circuit current they are dimensioned is not a good politic.
Cheers and sorry for some bad english
