Hello ,
Has anybody check consumption indicator accuracy on a Diesel 1.5 Dynamique? It seems that either lags 10% or the gazoline/diesel station overstates filling 10% (rim to rim)

First fill 6,2 litrs per 100 km, second one 6.745 /100 where the indicator was showing 6.1/100!!!Edited by: plinakos

In both cases litres filled / consumed had a discrepancy around 10%....
Ie 27.11 against 24.80 and 36.2 against 33!

In the UK fuel delivery systems are checked and sealed. This is because of the significant tax revenue generated from the sale of fuel. So I can't think that the fuel delivery system is incorrect. I would imagine other EU countries would have a similar set up, even if the tax rate varies.

It is supposed to be the same here, (Greece) but there have been cases that the system was overidden. Huge taxes in fuel as well...
It may be also the case that the captur counter it has not been adjusted for the bigger wheels (17") that the dynamique model has.Edited by: plinakos
