Just wondered if anyone else had been having similar problems to me. I'm having real issues with the sound quality when making phone calls via Bluetooth, I have an iPhone. When on a call it sounds as though the person I'm talking to is underwater, and I've been told that I am virtually inaudible to the caller.
Also, I'm having issues playing my music. The music is on my iTunes, which I connect to the medianav via the USB. The sound quality is fine, but when I play it on shuffle, it keeps reverting to one particular song, and no amount of forwarding will move it on. Much as I love Ed Sheeran, I do t want to keep listening to the A Team constantly!!!

Really Sorry to hear you have a problem


My sound quality is spot on with my phone


I downloaded some music on to a usb stick yesterday and have played ok on normal and shuffle

Yours might need investigating

I have neither of your problems....sound quality alround is very good...
Take it to your dealer to be checked out...
