Hi all, just an update from my first post last night[Media Nav FROZEN]. Well phoned up the dealers and was told that we could put this right in a jiffy
.....Twenty minutes later still frozen, have now had to book the car in to get their specialist to sort it out on April 22nd. I'm a bit disappointed with this but what else can I do... Still got to tell hubby...That could be interesting for the people at the dealers

That's a ridiculous
amount of time to have to wait

I would be very tempted to call Renault Customer Services and see what
they have to say on the matter

I can't find the post, but one suggestion on this forum was to remove the fuse (fuse 23 in the passenger footwell) so that the MediaNav unit can totally power down.

Thanks Niche, will give it a try, but the man at the dealership didn't mention doing that and if it was a quick fix you'd think he would know about it.Might show this to hubby and let him have a go

My first instinct would be to pull the fuse, wait a couple of minutes then reconnect it
