I've had my new captur a week. Navigation just went off suddenly displaying 'no maps available' today, my Bluetooth not working. Took it to the garage, they examined it for 30minutes then told me said i need to book it in for the day!! It's 7 days old! It is essential for my job to have both functions working. I told the garage this and they said 'well, it's new technology' unbelievable. It's completely took the shine off getting a new car.

sorry to hear this Margaret. ive just read a long term report in a car magazine where the rlink failed and the general opinion was it was a failure on the SD card...no sure how accurate this is.


im guessing by your location it might have been the Renault dealership in Newcastle that told you it was down to new technology?
