can't get RLink to work I have removed SD card from car & put it in computer which wouldn't open Tom Tom etc after about 2 hrs of trying I gave up & have put SD card in my car & I now have no sat nav any suggestions??

Hi Mary,
You could ring Customer Service, Renault Connected Services, Telephone number: 0844 335 0000.
They couldn't be more helpful mind you my dealer said if I made an error when updating my Medinav they would sort it for me. Perhaps your dealer would help also.

pop back to the dealers Mary, the may not have activated it...and even if they have they might be able to sort the SD card
