If you want to phone Renault from a Moby and avoid the 0870 number use this and ask to be put through to the relevant department.
I used it to contact their finance. Had I dialled the 0870 it would have cost a fortune as they got through a million options and then keep you waiting.

Renault's 0870 ..... number - just another example of how greedy companies like to scrounge every last penny out of their customers. Shame, shame, shame on you.
I pay BT an extra fiver a month for "all" calls, but it does not include 0870 numbers. Got a shock when I received my last bill to find out just how much it cost me to talk with Renault's Customer Services.
Way of the world now I suppose, but thank God that I can moan about it.
