Few days ago, the reverse camera stopped showing on the R-Link screen. Everytime I switch to reverse gear, the sensors work but the camera doesn't, it just shows blank screen. The screen still works fine, it just doesn't show reverse camera right now.

What could be the cause? Can anyone help me pinpoint the problem?

I had the same problem, blank screen when engaging reverse on 2024 model. Went to settings on the infotainment system, did a system reset, a few things changed, but most importantly, the camera display came back to life. No guarantee, maybe give it a go.
