No what you get is the new speed limit, either higher or lower than the previous one.

maybe... but how long after the initial signal? 1 km? 1 minute? And how is the new limite defined? By road type? By GPS?
I didn't figure it out yet.

That's not the point. The point was how long after reading a limit the car switches to the "default" limit for that road. And which is the "default limit"? How is it defined by who, in the car?
