Hello everyone i just bought my mum a 2018 GT line captur, however i cant seem to get the gold sd card out i try pushing it in put all it does is go down and then it gets stuck, using tweezers didn't help i also pressed remove sd card on the nav to see if there was a lock or something but no avail any help would be appreciated thanks

Try using very thin blade by sliding it at the top of the card and wiggling it from side to side. Or a fine needle down the sides to lever it out a little at a time. Quite often it is the card edges catching inside the reader. Make sure rough moulding marks are smoothed off on new cards.
