In italian forum I read of a SW update which fixes this issue.
Anyway also check the fuses, there is one with a label attached which is quite infamous for giving problems, as it disconnects the easylink.

I am Reza from Iran. I have one renault captur 1.2tce of 2016. I also have same problem with my trip computer by automatic resetting the trip distance and ... in every 1km. I take a video from this problem while I am driving on the highway. See the attached file.

I have Clio 4 RS200 EDC CUP 2013.model year and my trip computer also resets afte 1-2km all the time.I did install new AGM battery but it still doing that reset ****.Otherwise great car but this problem anoys me.Is there any other solution to this problem?

Today they found a 'loose transit fuse' apparently.

Lets see if this had been missed for the last 2yrs and i finally have a fix 🤞
