I have a 2019 Captur Play with the basic Radio system that has the (slightly strange) phone holder built in. I decided to upgrade to the MediaNav unit for touch screen, Android Auto, SatNav etc etc and found a MediaNav Evolution 2.0 on eBay (from a 2019 Captur) for a reasonable price - it looked like it would be a perfect swap and should be straight forward - why shouldn't it be, from one 2019 Captur to another !

On removing the old unit, the wiring plugs are subtly different to the ports on the new unit, so it's not a straightforward swap.

I have four plugs going into the base unit - the two bigger ones are...

Automotive tire Finger Motor vehicle Engineering Thumb
Hand Motor vehicle Guitar accessory Vehicle Hood

The ports on the MediaNav unit are...

Circuit component Electrical wiring Gas Engineering Electronic component

So whilst one looks like it might fit (but doesn't), the other is miles away.

I'm also guessing the blue plug is for a GPS aerial and the grey is possibly for a reversing camera ??

Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a conversion lead / pack that will convert the plugs on the loom to ones that will fit the new unit, or am i looking at a massive job to get the plugs for the new unit and splice all of the wiring into the new format ?

Anyone else come across this issue, any ideas gratefully received !

The blue antenna is for GPS, brown one is for DAB, white one is for AM/FM.
The grey connector is for Steering Wheel Remote Control.
You can't replace straight one MediaNav instead radio. There need an adapter.
