I have a 2015 Captur. Any advice on how I can get the windscreen demisting vents to work when I press the clear view function button? The button lights up and the centre air vents and side air vents both come on but no air comes out of the windscreen demisting vents. I've tried closing all the other vents to see if air then comes out of the windscreen vent but it doesn't.

On the vent control unit you will see two switches one for the front heated screen and one for the rear screen choose the front screen switch it will light up, now choose the top switch that shows the top section vent symbol it should also light up keep all the other switches off.
When you press the top heated screen icon the fan should automaticity turn on.

Modern climate control systems generally use solenoids to control the flaps that direct the airflow. If you can't get any air to come out of the windscreen vents, it suggests a problem with either the relevant solenoid(s) or the control unit. It may be worth getting a diagnostic check run to see what faults have been logged
