On the vent control unit you will see two switches one for the front heated screen and one for the rear screen choose the front screen switch it will light up, now choose the top switch that shows the top section vent symbol it should also light up keep all the other switches off.

When you press the top heated screen icon the fan should automaticity turn on.

Thank you for your advice. I've tried what you suggest but still nothing comes out of the windscreen vents. I think the vents must be blocked or something like that.

Check the fuses, you should hear a small click when the vents open
