Which multimedia system? SD cards work on a sprung-loaded push-in, push-out system. If the card is jammed unfortunately it probably means that the card holder assembly is broken. You shouldn't need to grab it with a pair of pliers. Have you tried pushing it in, however wrong it may seem?

 

Hi its on a 19 plate captur think it's a rlink 1 the sd card and USB ports are near the hear stick in wot would have been were a ash try would be if it had one yes tried to puss it in and out had a look and it looks like it's been pinched as it looks very thin on 1side of it that's showing unmount it from.settings and try to puss a button on the right hand side òf it and its just stuck fast as only had car for few months will it be coved by a warranty from lookers renault if so will take it back thanks
