I’ve Not clicked on any links And it’s says you can’t reply to it anyway.Anyone else had one? This is obviously genuine as I’ve also received notification of the leak. Irrespective of whose responsibility it is, we are all responsible for our own safety and security, so best be on guard for potential scammers!!

I wish Renault would be more transparent and informative about this. How concerned do I need to be? Precisely which of my details have been hacked? Where from? It's not good enough to provide a list of items that might have been revealed - I have a right to know specific details, but there's not even a phone number to ring. Bloody useless.
I think you have to assume everything they’ve included as a possibility is more like definitely. Of course it’s frustrating but so would it be if they provided a phone number - with possibly a few hundred thousand people affected, can you believe you’d have any chance of getting your call answered?

I’m sure the biggest worry for Renault will be losing the sale of new cars much more than owners buying accessories. Reputational damage is very difficult to get back.
I got a text message yesterday as others have recently posted regarding the third-party data security breach. Unfortunately it's a sad reflection on modern tomes thatt here are so many dishonest organisations around, and the Police forces and related authorities worldwide don't seem that bothered about doing something to clean the world up
